Cultural Arts Center of Apex
The Apex Arts Council regular monthly
membership

new. We will be most meetings to a new facility, and in
keeping
with that, we felt a tour was in order. Please join us for
our
first meeting at the:
The facility opens to the public this week, but once all that fanfare
is over, we will have our own chance to view the shows on display for
the opening and tour the whole Center for ourselves. This is
an
opportunity not to be missed. The HCAC is sure to become the
core
of the arts in Apex, and this is your chance to get acquainted with
it. Three of the initial exhibitions at the facility include
the
work of three members of the Apex Arts Council, and we are sure to be
able to cajole them into some special comments on the items on
display. We will also have a preliminary discussion about our
upcoming spring arts festival, Art Along the Trail, now scheduled for
early June. We urge and encourage anyone interested in the
arts
in Apex to come to this important meeting. We look forward to
seeing you there!

ARTS FESTIVAL Saturday
October 6, 2007 - 9am-4pm The focus of the
festival is on education. As a supporter of the arts in our
community we want to use this
opportunity to educate the community on the role that the arts play in
their day to day lives. Through education we will enrich the
lives of the citizens of the community as well as the lives of the
artists that live within it. By sharing your art with your
community you will both create contacts with supporters of your art and
that of your fellow artists.
